- Deposit and Payment:
Kickstart your creative journey by providing an 80% upfront deposit. This initial commitment ensures we begin the process, aligning our focus with your unique vision. - Final Payment:
Before collecting your custom-crafted dress, please settle the remaining balance. This final step completes our creative journey and guarantees a smooth handover. - Satisfaction Fittings:
To ensure your complete satisfaction, you will receive two fittings, one during the bodice stage and another after the beading stage. These fittings are crucial in perfecting the design to match your vision. - Virtual Customer Updates:
For our virtual clients, we offer three video updates: one at the bodice stage, another during the beading stage, and lastly after the beading stage. Please communicate any adjustments before the beading stage to ensure your dress perfectly matches your expectations. - Shipping and Customs:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs and any customs duties on international orders. This clarity ensures an understanding of the financial responsibilities associated with global shipping. - Minor Adjustments for Remote Brides:
Brides opting out of physical fittings should have a seamstress on hand to make any minor adjustments (at your own expense). This measure ensures that your dress will be perfectly tailored even without in-person fittings. OOBIUKU
CLOTHING will not be liable for any wardrobe malfunctions in dresses that do not undergo physical fittings. - Refund Policy:
Refunds are not available for bespoke or custom bridal dresses. OOBIUKU CLOTHING does not offer refunds or exchanges once the fabric has been purchased and production has started, which is no later than 2 days after the
initial deposit. This policy ensures the efficiency of our production process and our commitment to crafting personalized, exceptional garments. - Design Modifications:
While creativity can evolve, any changes to the original design after the design has been approved by you will incur additional fees. This policy helps maintain the integrity of the design, ensuring a flawless final product. - Dress-Up Services (Optional):
Customers can opt for dress-up services on their event day, with fees starting at 50,000 Naira depending on the location (Location on the Islands is FREE). - Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, we request that customers contact us through official channels (WhatsApp or email) before resorting to social media. Failure to follow this procedure may result in legal action from the OOBIUKU CLOTHING brand. - Use of Client’s Image for Advertising:
The Client acknowledges and agrees that OOBIUKU CLOTHING may use, at its discretion, photographs, images, or videos of the Client (the “Content”) for advertising, promotional, or marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited
to, use on OOBIUKU’s website, social media platforms, print materials, and other marketing channels.
Kindly note that if we don’t get any response from you (as per number 11), we will accept that we have your consent (Approval).
